Organization Description
With the strength of the community behind us, we strive to make a difference every day in the lives of those we serve. We continue to expand our impact under the guidance CATCH’s Strategic Plan. The plan was put together with data, input and feedback from several audiences and sources, in order to be as inclusive and forward-thinking as possible. We are grateful for everyone who has been with us on this journey, and invite you to see yourself in this work. In the ever-present collaborative spirit of CATCH, we are excited to address the rapidly changing needs of our communities and those we serve.
