(BWINH Inc.) is committed to alleviating the harsh effects of racism, sexism, and gender discrimination by embracing cooperative practices reminiscent of those used by our ancestors. Our plans include fostering a strong sense of community through programs like Black Womxn Lead, which focuses on leadership development using decolonized practices. We aim to create sustainable support networks and encourage collaboration among community members, ensuring that resources, knowledge, and opportunities are shared equitably. By reviving and modernizing these ancestral cooperative practices, BWINH Inc. strives to build a resilient and self-sustaining Black community in New Hampshire and beyond.
