Racial Unity Team’s 2026 Art & Poetry Challenge celebration will take place on Saturday, November 14 at the Currier Museum of Art in Manchester.
This year’s theme, “We The People – Becoming Whole Together,” invited youth and adults to explore identity, heritage, belonging, truth, witnessing, harm and repair, and what it might mean for us to become whole together.
This year, we are also reimagining how we celebrate and recognize the people who are willing to share their art, poetry, stories, and voices with us. The celebration will include the 2026 exhibit, participant recognition, opportunities to hear directly from some of our artists and poets, and a featured poet whose work connects deeply with this year’s themes of identity, belonging, voice, and becoming whole together.
