Organization Description

Harbor Homes, d.b.a. Harbor Care, creates and provides quality residential, health care, and supportive services to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness and/or living with behavioral health disorders. It also operates Greater Nashua’s only Healthcare for the Homeless clinic, Harbor Care Health and Wellness Center.
